Jonathan

Jonathan is a postdoctoral researcher at Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in sustainable urban development, circular economy, and urban data analytics. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Urban Development from Chalmers, as well as MSc degrees in Smart Cities and Urban Analytics (UCL) and Urban Economics (UTDT). Jonathan has participated in and led international research projects (EU DUT, World Bank, Inter-American Development Bank) focusing on urban metabolism, resource efficiency, housing, and transport. His research combines econometrics, spatial analysis, and data science methods to generate actionable insights for policy and planning. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles in journals such as Waste Management, Resources, Conservation and Recycling, and Journal of Design Research.
